As hard as we try to stay positive, the truth is many of us are suffering from the economic and emotional downturn our country has taken in the last several months. That said, there's no better time than the present to take up a regular yoga practice, but unfortunately for many the $15-20 per class makes in near impossible to afford. Luckily studios across the country are responding to the demand for affordable yoga by offering cheap or in some cases, free yoga classes. I am proud to announce that I'll be teaching a free summer yoga class on Wednesday nights at Joe's Movement Emporium in Mt Rainer MD. The 90 minute class begins at 6:30pm. This is a level 1 class perfect for those who are interested in learning how yoga can change your life or for those who are interested in strengthening your practice by getting back to the basics.
